Best paper awards for junior researchers

The Behavioral Finance e.V. (registered association) was founded in March 2023.  The purpose of this association is to promote research aimed at enhancing financial decision-making competence based on insights from behavioral finance. This purpose is particularly realized through the allocation of research funding for experiments and empirical work, research awards, support for conferences, dissemination of research findings within society that align with the objectives of the association. Members of the association are scientists exclusively from the field of Behavioral Finance. The board is currently composed of Christine Laudenbach (SAFE and Goethe University), Sebastian Mueller (TU Munich) and Martin Weber (University of Mannheim). The association is funded through contributions from the industry - all funds allocated to the association are unrestricted, and representatives from the industry do not have a say in the allocation of funds to researchers.
